Hiring John Deere Heavy Equipment Product Demonstrators for our McCoy Construction & Forestry Dealership

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest, has an opening for a Product Demonstrator position.

Candidates must be skilled in operating production-class machinery and knowledgeable about maximizing jobsite efficiency and competitor solutions. Heavy equipment operating is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):

• Lead effective PCE demonstrations of John Deere equipment to optimize performance with customers
• Analyze data, prepare, and submit reports.
• Meet and present opportunities to customers
• Discover sales opportunities, monitor competition.
• Participate in industry or promotional events, conduct sales and product training.
• Willingness to travel 70% +
• Willingness to relocate or live in vicinity of AOR

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

• Heavy equipment operating experience required
• Prefer 5+ years proven experience as a PCE (Production Class Equipment) operator
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• BSC/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
