Service Advisor

Hiring Service Advisors for our McCoy Construction & Forestry Dealership in Knoxville, TN

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for a Shop Service Foreman.

Our Service Foreman position is responsible for the supervision of the Service Technicians assigned on his/her shifts as well as the complete operation of the Service Department in the absence of the Service Manager or Shift Foreman.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers, their expectations, handle potential problem situations, customer satisfaction.
• Participate and schedule Technicians into appropriate training, continuously build knowledge and skills.
• Responsible for employee expectations, reaching profit goals, maintain professionalism in all situations.
• Supervise all technicians, provide direct feedback on technician performance.
• Schedule work, keep up on recalls, review repair orders.
• On site attendance is required

• $48,000 to $70,000 annually (depending on experience)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Construction & Forestry Diesel Technology knowledge is highly preferred.
• Proven high levels of communication, leadership, management, and confidentiality are required.
• Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer facing experience, handle high pressure situations
• Proven to achieve and set goals for your staff and self, goal oriented.
