Hiring Experienced Certified Parts Advisors for our McCoy Construction & Forestry Dealership in Fenton, MO

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Certified Parts Advisor.

A Certified Parts Advisor will perform a variety of customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the parts sales, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the parts department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):

• Assist in keeping the parts department clean and professional, maintaining the retail sales floor.
• Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, maintain positive and professional actions.
• On-site attendance is required
• Provide exceptional customer service, technical product knowledge, process transactions, maintain stock levels, perform order processing and invoicing.

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

• Construction & forestry service knowledge highly recommended
• Computer, strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer facing experience
• Strong ability to communicate with customers
