Hiring Compact Construction Equipment Specialists for our McCoy Construction & Forestry Dealership in Paducah, KY

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for a Shop Service Technician.

The Compact Construction Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing our CCE sales volume, market share, and maintaining customer relationships with in an assigned geographical area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
• Customer satisfaction along with presenting products and services to prospective customers.
• Analyze, discover sales opportunities, and monitor competition.
• Participate in industry promotional events, training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
• Assess sales performance, prepare, and submit reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Field sales experience is highly recommended
• Proficient in MS Office, MS excel, Outlook, and CRM Software
• Ability to develop sales strategies and performance KPI’s
