Hiring Experienced Service Advisors for our McCoy Construction & Forestry Dealership in Nashville, TN

McCoy Construction & Forestry is your John Deere Construction equipment dealership, with our unmatched dedication of customer service. It is further strengthened by our parent company, McCoy Group, that is headquartered in Dubuque, IA, and is family-owned and operated.

Service Advisors assist the Service Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department’s operation within the dealership. Service Advisor answers customer inquiries about service work and distributes customer inquiries accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers, their expectations, handle potential problem situations, customer satisfaction.
• Participate and schedule Technicians into appropriate training, continuously build knowledge and skills.
• Responsible for employee expectations, reaching profit goals, maintaining professionalism in all situations.
• Supervise all technicians, provide direct feedback on technician performance.
• Schedule work, keep up on recalls, review repair orders.
• On-site attendance is required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Construction & Forestry Diesel Technology knowledge is highly preferred.
• Proven high levels of communication, leadership, management, and confidentiality are required.
• Independently make decisions, work with all staff, customer facing experience, handle high pressure situations
• Proven to achieve and set goals for your staff and self-oriented self-goal oriented.
