Hiring Inside Sales Representatives for our McCoy Construction & Forestry Dealership in Louisville, KY
McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative
Inside Sales Representatives will drive sales and customer acquisition for new and used John Deere and all-makes equipment, parts and service, ensuring customers' needs are met and market share grows. Manage the full inside sales cycle from proposal through closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages equipment and attachment inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and daily updates.
- Supports territory managers with pricing, sales coordination, and customer issue resolution.
- Oversees the rental program and ensures efficient store operations by interpreting policies and developing procedures.
- Manages building and grounds maintenance and ensures daily cash deposits.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant degree preferred or equivalent experience in Engineering/Technology/Marketing. (Combines degree and experience, clarifies preferred vs. required)
- 5+ years of experience in related equipment or equivalent education/experience combination. (Uses a concise phrase "5+ years")
- Proven sales and marketing skills, including complex problem-solving and application development. (Focuses on demonstrated ability and key skills)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; customer-focused with strong product knowledge. (Highlights specific skills and customer focus)
